CAP is partnering up with Sculptor Real Estate (f.k.a. Och-Ziff Real Estate) for a case study and info session event. Members of the acquisitions team will walk through a case study of a recent real estate investment, from the macro thesis and sourcing process through to valuation and deal execution. They will also share insights about the life of an analyst at the firm, as well as the recruitment process for internships and full-time opportunities.
