The PJT Partners Restructuring and Special Situations Group advises large and middle market companies, creditor groups, private equity sponsors, and boards of directors in financially distressed situations, both in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings as well as in out-of-court restructuring and strategic advisory transactions. The group has been involved in the many of the largest and most high-profile reorganizations that have occurred over the past few decades, including restructurings for Avaya, Caesars, Delta Airlines, Enron, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Greece, iHeartMedia, Intelsat, J.Crew, LatAm Airlines, PG&E, Puerto Rico, and Westinghouse.
