Klein has been involved in some of the most transformative transactions of the past decade, including the Saudi Aramco IPO, as well as DowDupont, Occidental-Anadarko, IHSMarkit, Glencore-Xstrata, and Barrick-Randgold mergers, among others. Through its Churchill Capital principal investing platform, the firm has been a leader in SPAC formation, recently taking Lucid Motors public with CCIV.
