SPEAKER PROFILE:

Cyrus Mojdehi - Associate at Madison Realty Capital

Cyrus earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Brown University in 2012. Upon graduation, he worked at Alliance Real Estate Investments for four years. Here, he was involved with portfolio management, financial analysis, financial modeling, acquisitions, and more. He then went to Columbia Business school, where he received his MBA in 2019. Since, he has been working as an associate at Madison Realty Capital.

Isabel Neiva de Figueiredo - Analyst at Greystar

Prior to her analyst position at Greystar, Isabel interned at various construction companies, development groups, and JP Morgan Chase. Here, she conducted analyses to discover tax advantages, analyzed rent roll and capital expenditures, and gained insight into the real estate world. Isabel also graduated Columbia University in 2019 with a degree in civil engineering.

Rhonda Brown - Director at Halle Companies

Rhonda L. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant, currently working for Halle Companies, a real estate developer in the Washington, DC metro area. She received her BS in Business Administration and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to working at Halle, Rhonda has worked for several other real estate developers in the DC Metro Area, including JBG Smith and DuPont Fabros Technology.
