olumbia Real Estate Group (CREG) will be visiting and taking a tour of 1228 Madison Avenue, an exclusive 20-story luxury boutique-scale residential building on the Upper East Side, on Friday, April 1st at 12:00pm.

This trip will depart from Columbia at 11:15am.

We anticipate to conclude the tour of 1228 Madison Avenue at 1:00pm on the Upper East Side.

Further logistical information will be communicated directly to those selected for the trip.

Attendants will need to provide either proof of vaccination (photos of cards or screenshots of passes), or negative PCR test results from within 24 hours of the visit time, as required by the building policy. You will also be required to sign construction waivers prior to the visit.
